The Fresh 48 session captures you and your brand new baby in the hospital or birth center within your baby's first few days of life. These are documentary sessions aiming to capture all those amazing new baby details that are so fleeting.
• Session takes place within 24-72 hours of birth

Fresh 48

The Petite session is perfect for a quick updated family portrait or capturing your baby's first year milestones. The location is determined ahead of time by the photographer and special weekend events are held in the spring and fall. If your child is slow to warm up to strangers I would recommend booking a Classic session.

Petite Session

The Classic session is perfect for documenting your brand new baby or annual family portraits. These storytelling galleries include posed and candid portraits and clients are able to choose their preferred location. This session is for anyone looking for a more tailored photography experience including a full gallery of digital images and printed products.

The Classic session is for anyone looking for a more tailored photography experience including digital images and printed products. These storytelling galleries include posed and candid portraits and clients are able to choose their preferred location. Newborn sessions take place in your home or outdoors and the relaxed pace allows for plenty of time for soothing, feeding, and photos with the whole family.
The Petite session is perfect for a quick updated family portrait or capturing your baby's first year milestones. The location is determined ahead of time by the photographer and special weekend events are held in the spring and fall. If your child is slow to warm up to strangers I would recommend booking a Classic session. Newborn sessions take place in the studio and are perfect for capturing a quick swaddled image of your baby for a birth announcement. Family and sibling photos can be included if time allows.
DO I NEED A CLASSIC OR PETITE SESSION?
A $200 retainer (taken off your final balance) + contract are required in order to book your session. Portraits are delivered within 2 weeks to a private online gallery. Here you can make your final selections for downloading and purchase heirloom quality prints and products.

I do! Our beautiful natural light studio is located in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood at 1359 W. Barry Ave.
Returning clients receive $100 off a Classic Session. We also offer discounted Petite Sessions during baby's first year for $399 to capture any milestones. Maternity and Fresh 48 sessions are also discounted when added on to the Classic Session.

Most sessions are booked 3 months in advance, however I do take on some last minute bookings if my schedule allows. Newborn sessions are booked based on baby's due date and we set your exact session after the baby is born.
