Spring is such a lovely time to live in Chicago. The whole city seems to be waking up and everyone gets a little boost of energy. The parks are absolutely gorgeous in May but this year we had to wait a bit longer for the color to arrive and then it seemed to be gone the very next week. Luckily I was able to fit in a few sessions right at the peak of the blooming trees and I loved this backdrop! A few weeks later, baby Evelyn was born and came to the studio for her newborn photo session. I used a lot of soft pinks and pastels, perfect for this gorgeous spring girl. Welcome to the world, Evelyn!
