This unique outdoor session with the beautiful Kanipe family was so much fun. I’ve had seven years of sessions with them, and hopefully many more to come! The family used to live in Logan Square in Chicago, but moved to Highland Park where this session took place. You definitely don’t get a small, almost private beach in a city, and the girls aptly named this park their secret garden!

Between the beach and the park, it was so hard to choose my favorites from this shoot. If you’re looking for an outdoor lifestyle session like this for your own family (secret garden not necessarily included), I am booking for Spring 2022!
